Great case, presentation & recommendations. I have searched for a copy of “IMO Circular 1903″ but have not been able to locate it. Can you provide me with the exact name of the circular and IMO reference code so that I may provide this to our staff to further their education on inspecting lifesaving equipmenet and apparatus.
