10 missing crew from ship sinking off Fujian identified

Cruise ship member missing at sea

The U.S. Coast Guard is searching for a Celebrity cruise ship crew member who was missing when the boat docked at Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale Monday.

The crew member, a 28-year-old Chinese national, was last seen about 5 a.m. Monday and then did not show up for morning muster an hour later, according to Petty Officer Third Class Nick Ameen. An initial report from the Coast Guard indicated the crew member was last seen at 11 p.m. Sunday.
